Through out my college and undergraduate life, I have been deeply involved into the development of robotics, AI and embedded automated systems.
My works are not only limited to the followings:

  • Rover and control station development (Mars Rover Ver 1,2 & 3 for URC-2016,17 & 18, Utah, USA), key points:
      • Development of multipurpose motherboards and control circuits.
      • Establishment of long-range fast communication with data encoding/decoding.
      • Ultra-low latency video streaming system with multi-camera.
      • Low cost composite video switcher using solid state devices.
      • Counter link suspension system using low cost joint mechanism.
      • Cad design, designing and analysis.
      • Wheel development from Terramechanics study.
      • Control and telemetry data manipulation over wireless protocols.
      • Developing control station software, Mapping system & AI (Python and CPP based).
      • Heading and Geo tagged wide angle panorama generator using Raspberry pi, pi-cam and servo.
      • Algorithm and AI development for autonomous traversal.
  • Artificial intelligences & algorithm development:
  • Image processing-based object transportation robot with self-path generation system via cloud computing and swarm robotics.
  • 2D line-grid solver robot with path generation (2nd in Finale, IRC-15).
  • Line maze solver along with Static & Moving obstacle avoidance using angular sensor alignment and PID (Champion, iARC-2014).
  • Home automation with mini computer (Raspberry pi) and IOT with voice & gesture command.
  • GPS based trajectory follower for autonomous off-road vehicle system along with image processing for marker detection and accurate positioning.
  • Robotic arm development:
      • 6-DOF robotic arm with continuous end effector rotation mechanism and high load capacity.
      • Implementation of flex sensors & POT for inverse kinematics.
      • CNC machined high precision robotic arm development for bipedal.
  • MCU based development:
    AVR Development Board, Arduino Boards (expoduino), AVR Programmer, USB to TTL.
  • Appliance development: Digital IR and RF-ID based door lock system.
  • Driving system: DC motor driver (35A), LED Driver, Solar charge controller.
  • Power electronics: Pure sine-wave inverter (IFEC-15), Mini PFI plant using mcu.
  • Database works: Iot sensor database, Restaurant Database (with inventory).
  • On-board and offboard soil and environmental sensor data capture and interpretation, soil texture detection using refractometer and subsoil temperature and moisture measurement, storage and transmission for remote sensing.
  • Multi-copter development and calibration (Tri, Quad, Octa) for environmental sensing.
  • PC based oscilloscope and GUI development.
  • Experienced with Android Custom Rom Development.

  • Wind tunnel pressure mapping with compact embedded system.
  • Autonomous Vehicle for disabled individuals via EEG sensors.
